There have been equally bad or even worst events in past 20 years than Corona virus (as you can see from the chronology given below).
Every such time investors wrote death warrant of stock markets but eventually markets surprised them all and made new highs!.
 
This time too, it’s not going to be different. The best strategy in such times is to be patient and let the event play out.
